1. Orders & Payment

Q: How can I place an order?

A: Simply browse our website, select your desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your details and complete the payment. You can also watch the Video to learn the complete process.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept major credit/debit cards, HBL bank transfers, and online payment gateways like Easypaisa, Jazzcash for secure and smooth transactions.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: Cancellation of order within 6 hours without penalty, except the 4% Bank Charges if any advance payment was made
After placing an order, the customer can only cancel the order if the order state is showing as "pending" under the My Orders section in My profile. Cancellations have to be made within (maximum) 6 Hours of placing an order. For cancelling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email giving your Order Number..

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: No, we are not offering worldwide shipping till now but we are in process of Shipping our items worldwide

Q: How long does delivery take?

A: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on location but usually take 3-7 business days.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email/Whatsapp. You can use it to track your package in real time by using the Track Your Order link on our site.

A: We offer a 7-day return policy for defective or incorrect items. The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

Q: How do I request a refund?

A: If you received a defective product, contact our support team with pictures, and we will process a replacement or refund.
